| Place your Mat Mover at the center of your mat. Always use an old rug or mat to protect your flooring. One person (in green) places their foot at the end of the mat to prevent it from sliding. Three or four people (purple) lift and roll the end of the mat as one person (white) pushes down on the bottom tire and pulls on the struts. |
| As the three people on the right end of the mat lift and roll the mat will "pop up" when the bottom tire "grabs" holds to the flooring. The patent pending axle design prevents the weight from bending the axle. |
